Comal Wellness currently serves patients in Texas and Hawaii. We are working to expand to additional states. If you're outside these states, join the waitlist via our contact form and we'll notify you when we launch in your area.
Most appointments are available the same day you sign up. After enrolling, you can immediately book a video or phone visit through your patient portal. Urgent concerns are prioritized.
Dr. Jeffcoat will provide specialist referrals as needed and coordinate your care. For emergencies, always call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room. Comal Wellness is not a substitute for emergency care.
Yes — absolutely. There are no contracts, no cancellation fees, and no commitment period. Cancel anytime through your patient portal or by contacting us directly.
Lab panels are an optional add-on available to active members. The Essential Panel is $99 and the Advanced Panel is $349 — both processed through Quest Diagnostics at negotiated cash-pay rates. Dr. Jeffcoat reviews and discusses every result with you in a dedicated visit. These fees are billed separately from your monthly membership.
